  4. If you reside in the European Economic Area and are not satisfied with how we handle your complaint, you may be able to submit a complaint through the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ODR/Online Dispute Resolution) (ec.europa.eu/odr). This single point of contact is designed as an interactive and user-friendly website, available in all official EU languages and free of charge. By using the ODR platform, the consumer and the trader can find a dispute resolution entity and then go through the procedure of finding a solution for the consumer's complaint. You can use the ODR platform to solve your problem with the help of an approved dispute resolution body. A dispute resolution body is a neutral third party that helps consumers and traders to resolve disputes in a non-confrontational manner. These bodies are usually less costly and faster than a court proceeding.
